Magnetic Particle Testing

Our magnetic particle testing courses are designed for organizations that need to train their personnel in magnetic particle testing. This technique is used to locate inherent, processing or service discontinuities in ferrous materials.

Magnetic Particle Testing - Levels I/II
In addition to covering the theoretical aspects of this method, this level I course provides demonstrations and practical hands-on laboratory time.

Magnetic Particle Testing - Levels I/II (NAS 410)
This course is designed to comply with training requirements specified in NAS 410 Rev. 3 (effective 2008) for NDT Level I & II personnel. Course subject matter covers the theoretical aspects of magnetic particle testing, and provides demonstrations and practical hands-on laboratory. The course satisfies the training hours needed for both Level I and II certification in accordance with SNT-TC-1A, ANSI/ASNT CP-189, and NAS-410.
